Bill to Ship to Verification

In order to help prevent internet fraud, if an order indicates a ship to address different than the cardholders billing address, verification will be required by  the cardholder that the product is to be shipped to an address different than the billing address.  Verification will be through a telephone call or e-mail to Manufacturer’s Marketing, Inc,.  Orders will not be processed until verified.

Return Policy

All returns are subject to obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department via email.  The RA number MUST NOT be written on the original product package, but on the outer shipping carton.  Returns without an issued RMA number will be refused.

Defective Product may be returned within 30 days of purchase.   All products returned MUST be returned with the following terms and conditions: be 100 percent complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.  A replacement product will be shipped to the customer without shipping charges only after receipt of defective product and confirmation the product is defective

Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's responsibility.

For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage . Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery.

After 30 days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer under the terms of the manufacturers warranty requirements.

All Non Defective product may be returned within 10 days of purchase and will be assessed a 20% restocking charge.
